Once an item has been shipped, we cannot process a refund. However, if Milkyway Toys decides to cancel an order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we are here to make it right. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure their safe journey to you, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will promptly arrange to ship a new unit to you at no additional cost.

Lost in Shipping
We strive to provide efficient shipping services, but please note that factors beyond our control can impact delivery times. We typically ship orders within 5-14 days. Once shipped, delivery can take between 1-31 days depending on your location.
If your item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the situation, and if necessary, we will arrange for a reshipment of the item.
Delays and Cancellations
